Chapter 3.1 - Integers
An integer is any positive or negative number including 0.
Fractions and decimals are NOT integers.
Integers can be used to express real life situations...
If you lose $5 it could be represented by a -5.
Six feet below sea level can be represented by a -6.
If you find $10 it could be represented by a 10.
