Chapter 4.1 - Perfect Squares & Cubes

A perfect square is number made by squaring a whole number.

 

16 is a perfect square because 4 x 4 is 16.

25 is a perfect square because 5 x 5 is 25.

A perfect cube is number made by multiplying number by itself twice.
